• One (1) winner will be selected to receive the bespoke dress designed by Sarah Jane Crawford (the “Winner”).

Promoter:

• The promoter of this prize draw is Designed by SJC (referred to herein as the “Promoter”).

Eligibility:

• Prize Draws are only open to individuals who at the time of entry to a Prize Draw and at the time the Winner/ Potential Winner (as appropriate) is selected are:
  • At least 18 years of age.
• The promoter reverses the right to request Participants to provide documentary evidence (e.g. copy of a passport, driving licence or recent utility bill) to verify their eligibility.
• Employees of the promoter, and/or third parties involved in the administration of the Prize Draw, including immediate family members of (meaning, spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) are ineligible to enter the Prize Draw.

The Prize:

• There is one prize of an exclusive dress designed by Sarah Jane Crawford worth up to £2,000, as detailed on the Prize Draw Web Page.
• No cash or prize alternatives are available.

Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

• The entry period for the prize draw ends at:
  • 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on 16 August 2024 for online entries and
  • 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on 16 August 2024 for postal entries.
• Designed by SJC is the official timekeeper.

How to Enter:

• Paid Method of Entry: To enter by this method, visit designedbysjc.com and select the “enter now” button. Choose the number of entries as applicable, each ticket will be charged at £10 (GBP).
• Follow the instructions to enter your full, legal name, contact and payment information, and complete your payment.
• Once your payment is complete, your ticket number(s) will be displayed automatically and you will receive confirmation, via email, to confirm the number of entries and your prize draw numbers.
• You can enter as many times as you wish. Each purchased ticket number constitutes one entry into the draw.
• Alternate Method of Entry: Write or type your full, legal name, home address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, phone number, email address and the full name of the Prize Draw you want to enter (for example, “July – Prize Draw”), on either a postcard or letter.
• Post the completed entry to Designed by SJC, PO Box 7920, Stourbridge, DY8 9LN
• No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted.
• Each eligible entry received via the Alternate Method of Entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the Prize Draw.
• The entry will be deemed to be submitted at the point of receipt and processing by the Promoter.
• Hand-delivered entries are not eligible and will be void.

Entry Limitations and Restrictions:

• There is no limit to the number of paid/online entries per participant.
• There is a limit of one (1) entry per household for postal/alternative entry.
• Promoter reserves the right to introduce an entry limit or limit the amount spent on entries at any time.
• All entries in excess of any entry limit will be void.
• Required Information: Participants must provide all required information specified on the Prize Draw’s page or entry form to be eligible to enter and win.
• Valid Email Address: Participants must not use multiple email addresses or identities to enter our Prize Draws, and doing so may void all entries for that Participant and result in disqualification of the Participant at Promoter’s discretion.
• To receive valid entries, at the time of submission, Participant must provide a valid email address for which the Participant is the authorised owner.
• Any entries connected to an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address, or linked to an authorised account holder other than Participant, are void and ineligible to win.
• Only accurate and complete entries submitted and received by Promoter during the Entry Period are eligible. Any inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and ineligible to win.
• Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter.
• Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, delayed, postage due, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, or for other submission problems of any kind, whether caused by mechanical, human or electronic error, all of which are void and ineligible to win.
• Promoter is not responsible for any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
• If a Participant’s entry fee is refunded, any entries associated with such entry fee will be withdrawn and not eligible to win.

Odds of Winning:

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

The Prize Draw:

• The winning number will be selected at random, by an independent adjudicator on 21 August 2024.
• The Winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the Prize Draw taking place.
• Winners may be subject to confirmation and verification by designedbysjc.co.uk in accordance with the terms stated above.

Winner Announcement:

• Winners will be announced on designedbysjc.co.uk on the Friday following the draw date or after the winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

Prize Provider:

General Conditions:

• In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision will be deemed as final, no further conversation or communication will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify a Prize Draw, in whole or in part, due to any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, changes in the law, or any other factor beyond The Promoters reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of a Prize Draw, as reasonably determined by The Promoter.
• Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to conduct maintenance for the Website or its systems that may suspend or otherwise impact access to a Prize Draw.
• By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
